I check everything when picking a car up, they don't like it, I found protective tape still on sills, tears in seats, lights not working, wrong tyre pressure , missing spare wheels and even odd alloys. though I must say in defence of specialist cars Dundee the only thing I found was high tyre pressure

It was them that told me to check it and gave me the oil too, I've found them to be very good.

Yes it's normal, the 1.5 is known as using oil it , I was advised to check the oil on a regular basis, not that I need telling I've always done weekly checks.

The Enyaq is a good drive, just a shame the seats don't fold flat or come out., when did the Karoq get the huge interior, mine must have missed out on that maybe it was an extra.

They still give the mugs out, oh and a rather fine pen and usb c adapters, mind that miserable lot in Dunfermline, didn't get my business

I find that they stop muck at a low level but do nothing for higher up the sides, I've taken mine off as they where catching on the rough track I live up

Fairly standard, if the job is proven to be a warranty issue then you don't get charged

Karoq Windscreen Condensation Issue
It's more to do with the weather rather than the car especially if you do short journeys I.e. under 20 miles the car never gets a chance to dry out

Clunk at front wheel when turning up ramp in multi storey car park with my Karoq-any ideas please?
It's still under warranty book it in to get checked, mine did something similar it was a a dry bush sorted under warranty.

Car has just been in for a software update, and as far as I can tell it's solved my problem music now plays as I expect it to, no on software version 0276 upgraded from 0270.

I'm due to the dealer for a software update which I'm led to believe should sort that problem and the freezing of the infotainment system lack of audio, dropping Bluetooth etc.

It does play in the order of an album but it always starts at the beginning it the stick.

I have the same problem the usb I had in both my fords was fine in them , showed the album art too, it's really annoying when it restarts at the beginning.

My car is in tomorrow for a software update, due to freezing infotainment. the 1 Ltd is surprisingly good though as you say remembering to change gear is a pain.
