  • Hahahaha! You know it's bad if even Stevie Wonder doesn't like it! :P "I just called to say your car's sh;te..."

  • This thread is SO old the car in this picture probably (hopefully....) has been sold and had a replacement bumper fitted already.

  • You've made an appauling job of that - I'm sorry. If you like it then fair play

I have to say (as the inventor of the original skoda "big mouth" bumper*) that is possibly the worst interpretation I have seen.

*if anyone can prove they did it before then I will remove this claim.

Maybe the WRC team????

Maybe I'm pushing it slightly, but what about the Gp2 version of the S120RS?

Maybe the WRC team????

I did mean in the context of road cars.... but take your point.

I assure you that the cars Ross and I quote were registered as road cars.

resons why i think it looks bad

1st. the mesh on the grill is completely different from the mesh on the bumper

2nd. the mesh is too bright, spray it black or summit

3rd its been cut in a strange shape instead or a square or rectangle

4th the regi need to be under the passenger headlamp

Classic Mil reply :D

so, plenty of constructive advise there then...

constructive advice:

1. buy a new fking bumper.

2. buy a FM tintercooler.

3. modify front bumper but get cutting done by pro or at very least an adult.

4. FFS dont ever assume you have the talent to modify a car. You Dont.

:)

i don't think it can get more constructive than 'it's best you avoid doing something like this yourself and take it to the professionals to do it, unless you truly are a professional and can actually do it yourself'

Good to have you back- and on top form!

I would love to see tintercooler fitted, as it's a sport ........... I can imagine the awesome skillz that would be put into practise :) :)

Someone, quick ...... take the OP's tools away :)

What a front cutout should look like. When the numberplate is removed there is a fairly obvious square there to ensure you cut to. :)

YES i have, found a vrs one, i seems better to fit this, than have people looking out for me ready to point and laugh, which really is childish.

I had high expectations from the people on this forum, and it turns out i was wrong..

About 25% have pointed me in the right direction by talking and not, basicly, thinking its funny to really make someone small.

Aww come on what did you expect, you shoulda better known better after your air filter experiment, lighten up it's only the internet after all.

Ask Mil about having pi55 taken, he got tore a new a-hole and he's still here.

And he still has it, it will never heal :)

I think you need to expand on this point. ;)

did you honestly think you had made a good job of the bumper?

the vRS one will be a big improvment. but dont cut a big mouth without an intercooler or the world will point and laugh.:)
