Could have been a multitude of characters though

Spotted on either a big BMW or Merc this afternoon - too busy looking at the plate to notice and also not quick enough to see if the driver was able to see over the steering wheel either!

Many years ago I recall seeing a Porche 911 with the registration RACER, where the "E" was a backwards "3". Perhaps officials were more relaxed about things then, or maybe he got stopped a lot.
