My god that GTR was crazy. Nice one Rich

was a lot warmer than last one. How did everyone like the dust clouds from the privious spill mop up?

Thanks. :)

A fantastic day all round IMO, although a shame the V Stormer needs a bit more TLC before it's ready for action.

I averaged 3mpg. :D

Yeah cheers for the spin Rich, really was phenomenal!

I had a great day, nice to meet you all again :)

When your fuel pump will be delivering 90l/s then you can start worrying ;) but then again 8000bhp - who cares about fuel lol

WHERE ARE THE PICTURES?????????? :@

Was a great day the only thing that spoilt it were the delays by people crashing and catching on fire. Weather was a lot better but in some ways last time was more fun on track. I kept hitting the kickdown switch which annoyed me and even though I thought I was slower I was a good 3 seconds faster. I know it's not about times but it's nice to see improvement given I've only been on a track twice. Also noticed our session was cut short. I stopped the video at 13mins so we'd lost about two mins and probably one more lap.

It's a great day just as a taster session for anyone wanting a go and everyone in our lot was well behaved. Plus it was good to have a catchup with everyone. Really enjoyed

Thi thread is useless without pics! Especially as I was not able to make it :-;

Not long got back. Good to see a few faces, though sorry i didn't speak to a lot of you that were there.

I've just downloaded my pics off the camera and need to get my video downloaded as well. Will post asap.

Thanks to Jason for arranging it again.

Just got home, had a great day. Looking forward to seeing pics

I put my phone in my pocket 1 minute before the Fiat coupe stacked it into the fence, everyone walked away (the marshall said that anyway).....

Thanks all (unless you lapped me twice in a gtr :giggle: ) and nice to meet you !

And one other, I know it's a Fix Or Repair Daily, but it's just so smart....

Great images and a greta one of the V-Storm. Some excellent machinery on show today and overall a top notch show and good to meet a few new fellow briskodians to boot though our end of the stand was quite eclectic !! to say the least V-Storms are'nt my favourite at the moment especially the idiot who built mine (me!!) For those that wondered how we got on, well we didn't....

We were first away from the pit road and got up to about 45 in second, the car was totally undriveable going into a tank slapper by its own accord and not responding to steering inputs I was struggling to keep it on the tarmac took the escape road at the first chicane and let everyone past then decided the car was a death trap and bailed out of the session. In total managed "one lap"

It was very disapointing and puzzling.

Found the problem with the car when refuelling on the way home, the tail of a jubilee clip holding the front aero wing on had bent and jammed on the now properly inflated nearside front tyre and had been tracking in and out of the thread causing the wheel to almost lock up one moment and rotate the next causing the tank slapper even at low speeds. The geometry is also out as well, which no doubt contributed to the problem.

Hey Ho...

I'm up loading my front facing Blackvue footage now, will take a while...

Decided against editing it for two days, like last time.

So you'll have excuse one or two swear words and the fact that I tend to talk a load of cobblers when I find someone daft enough to come out as a passenger with me. :)

I think the sound will be amusing on it! I certainly said some rude words.

As you'll see the GPS speeds are out.
It struggled with the changes of direction and rapid acceleration/deceleration.

Just got back (took a detour ;))

Going to start collating the names for April soon, and I REALLY REALLY want it 100% Skoda this time! Need to get some commitment. I am considering a change to the pricing structure so it is slightly more expensive for slightly less cars. ;)

gutted i missed this

Ideass on a new thread maybe?

Personally I'd be happy to see it Skoda only.

We never got the Brisky meet Colin was planning and there was money in the kitty to help fund it I seem to remember.

A small subsidy to this, which has become a good twice yearly meet and Bingo!

For me this has become THE Briskoda main meet, even though you hide it in the South West section. ?)

perhaps the biggest problem.... Might stick it in Show section / Trackday next time.
