Ordered my White one on th 1st Sept & apparently it was built in week 38. I'm told its not on a boat yet so no chance for this month, probably the middle of Oct.

I was told roughly the same date but I ordered last week.

I had asked SUK the same question, prior to ordering mine (as I wanted a Blue DSG) and wanted confirmation on split incase my window of ordering was limited due to low levels of stock of that car. They didn't confirm numbers, but said they are all built (or nearly all built - with some White still in production at the time) and they were built to forecasted sales - white being the most popular etc.

Once I ordered mine and it was confirmed, I was happy. My dealer is hoping to get it to me this Friday, as its on the transporter now having completed boat journey. They will confirm later.

i ordered on the 12th of this month, mine is now in the country and i am expecting to pick it up on sunday.

White Manual Hatch; registration number assigned, due to be picked up early next week.

Signed for on 5 Sep.

You guys are lucky I ordered a factory build CR DSG on the 17th July, it's now waiting at the port, probably behind all your Blackline's :(

Dealer just emailed me that car is in the country on the way to them, and to organize the 7 days free insurance to start on th 28th sept to avoid delays rang them and they said that they have put it on high priority and are trying to get it ready for pick up on the weekend........................hopefully!!!!!!

Rang the dealer today, he said he'd check and rang me back within 5 mins. "looking at delivery early next month" so maybe end of next week or the week after. Was asked to bring my docs in this week so he can sort out swapping my reg number over.

Ordered my blackline estate last week, and was told it was just over the channel, with some others in Germany? and some others already in the UK...

Great deal, and hopefully I will like the black wheels - not sure my girlfriend will as they make the car look more aggressive.

Shame they don't have something that makes them distinctive like the older limited editions even if it was a badge or number. I know they said 500 but it would be easy to spec one up to be the same car. just maybe not at the price.
