My dealer was adamant that it has bluetooth, might be having some long convos with the dealer tomorrow when i drop my car off.

Might need enabling in VCDS?

I certainly havn't fiddled about with it yet: but from what i did do, i couldnt find any option to connect a phone. Dealer says theres a kit u can buy.

Appreciate they don't normally. Just wondered if they might have stuck it on along with the maxidot!

Ordered a blue blackline CR Hatch today. Got a good discount, spare wheel and a years tax + £400 off on top of the 0 VAT price £500 contribution and the3 year servicing, from local dealer. Now have to sell my Astra Twintop.

Has anyone else ordered a blue one, I was undecided between white or blue?

I would have loved blue, had a blue 56 plate vRS, and think blue with the black alloys will look awesome, but was on a budget so to keep costs down I had to settle for white

VCDS will not get it working.

The car won't have any microphone fitted even IF it does have BT integrated into the stereo, which I doubt it has.

White on black looks very good. I ordered that at first then had urge to change to blue for my first vrs. so updated order to blue one. Should be with me next week.

Nothing. The brochure mentioned nothing about BT, and even explicitly stated that Maxidot wan't included on the manual version (looks like the manual actually was fitted with MD in the end, which is a bonus).

Obviously your dealer has given you some duff gen, but i only went from what the brochure said.

^^^^^^^^^ Agreed. SUK never mentioned Bluetooth was included, though can understand lack of clarity, I've not expected Bluetooth or based my decision of buying blackline on having it. I will be interested on how people address retro installing the feature - is it best to get the offcial Skoda module for the Amundsen or is there a prefered third party bluetooth upgrade?

Saw my first one this morning. A white estate seen parked up in Heaton Mersey in Stockport. Looked great ! :-)

Really disappointed.

I phoned Derek Slacks this morning asking where mine is, only to be told its still in the compound waiting to be transported to the garage. It entered the compound on the 26th?!?

I told the guy on the phone I was not happy, as people on here who ordered their car weeks after me are now driving around in them.

They said they will make some calls tomorrow and call me back.

Any advice please chaps?

I have been told mine is on transport for delivery Tuesday (same as yours hit the port on 26th Sept).

When I asked Skoda about progress it seems quite a few cars landed in blighty, then she told me my car had be marked as "urgent" so they were collecting and delivering it ASAP. I have been pestering the garage, as ideally I wanted end of Sept change over in order to avoid TAX/MOT costs!!!

I call them Fri and they were expecting it then, or the w/e, called sat, they couldn't track it but promised to call me Mon AM, I am expecting Mon PM or Tue pick up.

I was told to activate my insurance starting this W/E so they must be sure its comimg.

So my advice is chase, annoy, pester... its missed the Sept sales so they may get laid back - good luck...

How did you know it was a Blackline rather than a vRS with the optional black Neptunes?

Who knows mate, the allocation process sounds a touch strange. Get on to SUK tomorrow and tell them. Might be worth a freebie or two.
