I had to run another extension cable from the roof antenna to the radio, which was easy.

What type of cable did you use for the DAB?

It's an upgrade I'm thinking of doing, but can't fathom whether it would be the same cable type as for FM (with phantom power) or a different spec.

Hi. I just retrofitted a Columbus DAB+ with 5-way sharkfin antenna. I got a DAB extension cable from Skodateile, it has FAKRA A (black) jack connectors.

you can't tell by looking at the part number

you can only find buy out by trying an output test

Nearly 2 years since I picked up the vRS, time for another mod

Headlight Washers all fitted and working, before I anyone posts "what is the point of these"

They will be required if I end up up retrofitting Xenons, which nearly came close as I bought 2x headlights, but unfortunately the Courier managed to damage them.

Anyway the markings are on the underside of the bumper, so I plucked up the courage to make some holes in my bumper
