I like the estates look very much in Black.

The name that comes to mind if i had one is 'Django'.

Thinking on getting a Mini Clubvan in black, and it will be 'Little Django'.

I thought about that, but it needs another name after Darth, like vader or maul....

Darth Destroyer?

mmm dunno bit too much like Dark Destroyer the old Nigel Benn moniker.

What about Nightfire , it looks a little dragonesque from the front

Black mamba

What about the black sherif in blazin saddles ?

What about SHAFT. :D don't use black panther ! Wasn't this Peter sutcliffes media name ?

Sounds like a sex toy :)

Even more like a sex toy !

As for the name, I'm leaning towards 'sith' ;)

Well I did nickname my white estate the Stormtrooper :D

weirdly a bit better.... still a massive difference between dip and full beam.... on dip you can actually see "projections" instead of just a dim pool of light.... I was always happy enough with the old lights anyway (and it never blew a bulb in 50k!)

do you know (or anyone) if they are H4's ? I have been donated some barely used phillips extream....... (and some LED number plate lights!)

H7

Taken. Sorry ;)

Possible explanation of meaning of 'Darth' taken from the excellent

Wookieepedia.

Some historians suggest that "Darth" is actually a corruption of the Rakatan word Daritha, meaning "emperor".

Others note another Rakatan connection: the words for "triumph" or "conquest" in Rakatan is darr, and the word for

"death" is tah, leading to the theory that "Darth" is derived from darr tah and therefore means "triumph over death"

or "immortal". Given the Sith obsession with discovering the means to achieve immortality, this idea is not entirely

without merit, at least on the surface. But others point out that the true meaning of darr tah is "conquest through death,"

meaning the conquest of one's enemies.

Hmm, well I was going to name mine Darth as well - I pick it up on Sunday - Black vRS hatch with black wheels....

I was trying to choose between that and my other choice - Shadowfax (for all the LOTR fans!) just so that each time I get into the car I can say as Gandalf does: 'Run Shadowfax, show us the meaning of haste....' (I'm reserving this one right now, the more I hear it the more I like it!!!)

It's gotta be Panther. Women just love the thought of having a big black panther in their garage

Wasn't Shadowfax white?? /geek

All Black is the only way Brothers!

Wasn't Shadowfax white?? /geek

Shadowfax was grey in the books but was white in the movie... I'm guessing it was more aesthetically pleasing for the lord of the horses to be white like the wizard...! /übergeek (!)

update on the driving experiance, the trottle mapping IS different, much more relaxed drive in "D" for example comming out of a 30 to 60 , put my foot down same as I do every time I drive home from work (a moderate ammount, not to the floor) and it stayed in 5th, pulling nicely ... my old one would have changed down!

Is this the DSG "learning your driving style" effect? Comes from the factory in a standard shift pattern spec but then starts to adapt once it gets some miles on it and gets taught a few lessons?

I can certainly notice on ours that it feels a lot different when I get back in it after just SWMBO has been driving for a couple of weeks. The throttle response is slower and more reluctant to change down. Once freshened up with a more "dynamic" driving style it's back to its usual self lol.
