I get my new roomster on Monday as a long term skoda customer (5 fabia, wifes car, 20+ years on motorbikes and given the winter in ireland I decided to get one  my own) I am very excited but the new logo completely puts me off :( I have asked the dealeship if its possible to have the chrome/green logo swapped for the chrome one - yes I know its very petty, but I just dont like the new logo :( 

 

I know the logo history is long and comlicated and the "new" logo is actually the old one but I have grown very attached to the green flash logo

 

Anyone feel similar? and has anyone asked for the "old" skoda badge? if so how did the dealership react?

Yes I prefer the green logo. But not changing car at the moment. Will be interested to hear what your dealer says.

I get my new Roomster tomorrow morning and its got the new logos thankfully..Sorry but I disagree I love the new ones. They look very modern and smart. Interestingly my new one has been parked in the dealers yard and saw on it again Friday, this time it was parked next to two yeti`s that still have the old green logos..My wife commented on how old fashioned the Yetis looked compared with ours...Is very subjective I agree and not everyone will like them but I do think the new ones are a big step forward
