Good thing it's mobile as it's booked into Gleam Machine next week to get Rob's expert attention on the paintwork.

So the R32 Skyline GT-R is being picked up tomorrow and driven straight to my detailer, who is quite local.
Then once it's nice and shiny I need to get some miles on it so I can have full power.

Ah, I see, just like the Wife then, high heels for a night out and wellington boots for fishing, makes sense now 

Take the VRichardS Yeti and get banned on all days    (because of humiliating everyone else on the track)

Had chance to drive it today and I love the feel of it.
It's not 100% finished yet...  Can't wait to go from around 300-350 to 550bhp with the full map.

After my detailer has finished Ron and RK Tuning have a few tweaks to finish and settings to change, plus the engine cover to refit.  But I had to remove it for a few days as the detailer is now booked up until late April and I had this slot ready for the car.

Having had modern cars you forget just how you much feel a part of the machine in an older performance car like the R32.
It's great.  Even low speed is an occasion and an overtake is a chance to smile.

Looks great, was working at a place today and a young lad had that purple colour R33 GTR V-Spec, sounded great but would barely idle. Sounded nice when he floored it down the road!

Yes, a major drive to the work was keeping it looking as stock as possible.

Hence we even painted the strut brace black.

 

With such a period car I don't feel it benefits from bodykits and big wings myself.

 

Looking at other R32s with the same spec I'm hoping once I've done a few track days in it to get round Brands Hatch in about 52 seconds.

One second faster than my MY11 R35 with 600bhp and big brakes.

You can buy try...

Having a dilemma.

 

Was going to put BO55 FOX on it, but figured as it's my Brisky name it'll look better on the Race Blue Yeti.

So with the others taken that leaves me with only 8 RDW not assigned.  Or I might have a browse for a 14 reg with GTR on the end...

Number plates: What are the restrictions? YE71 VRS ? 

Guess you know what plate to go for  if  when you order your MY21 autumn delivery Yeti 

Think I would stick the 8 RDW on it, better than having a 14 plate on it, also save on the retention fees.
