Please Help, Numerous Fault Codes, Cant Find Fault!

I have a Skoda Fabia II 09 reg and it has gone into limp mode.  Has the fault code reader on it and the codes are:

 

19557 - swirl flat motor - open circuit / short circuit to ground - intermittent

17957 - boost pressure regulatin valve - open / short circuit to ground - intermittent

17849 - egr valve - open or short circuit to ground - intermittent

19558 - swirl flap motor - no signal - permanent

19463 - camshaft sensor - no signal - permanent

 

Can someone please help as 4 people have looked at it now and cant trace a fault.  Someone did mention the Crankcase Breather Heater?? Some kind of fault with that but Skoda unhelpful to give wiring diagrams etc.

 

If anyone could shed any light on this I would be grateful.
