Very tasty!  I'm a little biased though - I've got gunmetal grey Niche on my red MkIII vRS.  (Mine are 18x8 ET42 on 235/40 - 19s definitely look better IMHO, but that would have meant new tyres all round and I couldn't afford that at the time.)

I dont like the heko etch on the deflectors so bought some dark gray (match for the car) stickers to cover it but they were too shallow so stuck them on top, looks like a genuine VRS accessory now .

did you have any issues with the reps as the pretorias dont have a lot of metal and a pal was trying to talk me out of pret reps as a winter wheel. any buckling etc?

Only been on 2 days! Lots of Golf R boys stating a lot stronger than legit prets (despite a bit heavier) and getting good reviews.

Hi. Do these deflectors stop the unbearable resonating when the rear windows are open? 

they do help, you can crack the window down to just above the bottom of the deflector.

Did look shiny, glad you didn’t see mine as it’s a mess and not exactly very shiny anymore haha. It was a good show, my uncle owns one of the exhibited trucks so I went a long with the little one to peek around.

We were spoilt for choice today. Vintage rally, Bodelwyddan show, Porsche on the prom in Llanduds and cars on the front in Rhos on Sea. It was bloody freezing on the showground tho!

I know, it’s a shame they don’t space them all out. Wasn’t supposed to be this cold out today, I regretted slightly not going yesterday!!

Yeah i seem to have properly messed up as was at Rhos on Sea yesterday not today as well! Typical! Need to find out before these things happen.

Just give it to a body shop to smooth the bonnet once you remove the badge

Yes, as already mentioned. You have the large indentation of the badge and you have 3 deeper indentations inside if this where the location lugs are.

Lol, they've gone to all that trouble of de-badging it then they have Skoda Vrs stuck on the front window screen
