I keep mulling over a VRS private plate but I like this one

It started raining just after washing. My typical luck.

Even though it's not getting driven at the moment, doesn't mean I can't spend the majority of the afternoon and evening; washing, drying, claying, compounding, polishing and then waxing and sealing the bodywork................. Got to look after your prize purchase. I do give a wash whenever I've a chance anyway, but it's looking good now.

And vacuuming, and window cleaning, and leather conditioning, and dusting the interior............

The only thing I've not done proper are the wheels. When turning the car around to change the bit of the tyre it's sitting on, even with limited braking, the rust dust gets here, there and everywhere on the wheel and tyre. Not much point putting tyre sealant on.

5 hours.................of hell later and we have one cleaned car. Even though it wasn't in direct sunlight and even after the bodywork was cooled down with the washing, the compound and the polish was a PAIN to get off. Using fingers rather than palm for wiping it off. I know it's not had a thorough clean in a while, but jeeeeeeez loiuse!!!!

The low light doesn't really do it justice to be fair.
