I tend to agree, I intend to take the tow bar off this week when I've got some time. I'll unbolt the hook for when I do need it as I want to get a tow bar bike rack.

Love this car. Great for a blast in Sport Mode with the paddles, then a top-drawer family wagon on bank holiday days out!

 

 

Oh, and the pano still works perfectly if the roof bars are carefully placed - just in case anyone was wondering.

Just enough with the rally stripes

I like those rally-style stripes a lot - really subtle but just enough to set it off against the white... also a bit like the BMW grill stripes you see!

Are u using the t track bolts to attach the bike racks. Reason I ask I bought thule wingbars recently and already had a thule bike carrier but the brackets for attaching to the old square bars are not wide enough to fit to wingbars.

There is a slot in the wingbars and a bit of research on the interest looks like I nee the t track bolts???

Have just owned this for a month and love it

Picked up my 245 hatch today and absolutely love it... the engine is a dream vs the mk3 diesel vrs which i’ve been driving for the past 3 years.  That said, was sad to see the race blue estate go

seens as a pterodactyl thought it was a great idea to pebble dash my car at some point yesterday, I thought I'd treat it to yet another pampering!!!

 

2 coats of polish, a coat of wax and then a paint protector. All meguiars bits. Used to use auto glym, but I'm happy how the meguiar products set and can be wiped simply.

This reminds me of some Norwegian roads I drove through last year and that I am going to visit again in a couple of weeks
