The Shark Performance Self Tuning System allows the user to upload ECU remaps from Shark Performance, without having to travel from home. There are also other features which are described on sharkperformance.co.uk. 

This unit has been used to remap a Skoda Octavia VrS. Please note ECU remap software is not included, this must be purchased from Shark Performance. The Self Tuning System can be used on a variety of vehicles, which are listed on the Shark Performance website. Original price was 150 pounds.

You don’t mention whether the car it was used on has been returned to std or not, AIUI until this has been done it cannot be used on another vehicle.

I was unaware of that. It was brought back in October from eBay, so I wouldn't know. How do I find out whether it's been returned to standard?
