I'd have come to this, but I'm down in London tomorrow attempting to fix my brother's car -driver's door lock is knackered. Hope that there is a decent turn out and you all have a good time

I am on call tomorrow but will do my best to get down. I am a newbie Skoda owner so be gentle with me

Quick nudge for this if you've got nothing else on  :)

Lets hope your diagnostic shows something, still think it's the crank sensor.

Decent turnout for 1st meet, nice to meet you all :hi:

What was the fly past?

Just a few private single-engined flying school/private jobbies, nothing exciting :(

It was a good afternoon with 8 cars ranging from a 1995 Favorit, a variety of facelift Felicia's and 3 Octavia's. The next meet is planned for the 10th January 2015, same time, same place.

Bump.

Is the next meet still planned for this Saturday at 1300? If so,I hope to make it down.

Or is it the weekend after on the 10th?

Anyone?

Sorry, I meant the 10th!!! Clearly had too many days off work.

Just to confirm, the next meet is planned for Saturday 10th January 2015 at 1pm at the Waddington Aircraft Viewing Enclosure (WAVE) again. The reason for it being on the 10th is due to the WAVE not reopening until Monday 5th January 2015 from their christmas break.

Already have it in my diary and am hoping that the weather will be kind.

I had an update from Sue on the blue felly problem at last months meet. Her local garage said there were intermittent faults on the crank sensor and fuel relay, both now replaced, so hope to see her there as well.

Look forward to seeing you on the 10th.  :bearhug:

I'm considering popping down for this.

What time?

Phil

1pm Phil. Hope to see you there.

Local forecast cold & breezy, but dry.

Just a maybe at the moment, will see what time I finish work in the morning.

Sorry I couldn't make it; high winds created a bit of a domestic drama that needed to be sorted.

7 cars turned up to a rather cold and breezy RAF Waddington Viewing Enclosure on Sunday. Thanks to those who turned up. The next date is set for Sunday 8th February 2015 at 1pm.
