Thanks Chris - The car has plenty of protection at the moment (EGP, then week after a coat of Collinite 746) so yesterday was just a wash with AG Bodywork Shampoo, then dried with AG Aquawax. Wheels wiped with the little bit of Sonax BSD I had left. Tyres dressed with Meguiars Endurance Gel.

I never used to be a fan of Autoglym products, religiously always used Meguiars - but it seems for ease of use and on price I find myself using AG more.

I know what you mean

I dont think EGP is much good, but the other products are

Why not add some BSD over the Colliinite?...works well

Really. Very subtle in deed, looks almost non existent.

It possibly isn't dressed in that photo I really can't remember and I don't have any photos I took to hand. But AF Revive was used.

I didn't have enough BSD left this time round. I was impressed by its protection but disappointed with the finish as a QD. Any other recommendations for a QD in the same sort of price?

What disappointed you?

Its finish?

Reflections?

Beading?

Durability?

Its not strictly a QD...its a QS (Quick Sealant)

There are so many QD's its so difficult to recommend one and so many different qualities

My all time favourite is probably Bilt Hamber QD...with Zaino Final Finish Z8 my next favourite, then Auto Glym QD, then............etc........

Lovely work

Well done

Nice..but glad you're using it up...you may as well rub petrol into the paint

Unless it's the Tropical version which is kinder to LSP's

Tis the Tropical one it wont strip the lsp

Rub petrol into paint? Hmm that's a new one on me. I'd never recommend doing that.

Rich, car looks great, keep up the good work

Tis the Tropical one it wont strip the lsp

Good to hear..Thankyou for the answer Rich..I was sure you read my post correctly..LOL

Even the tropical RM can strip freshly applied wax but the car was waxed last October iirc with supernatural hybrid which probably wouldn't come off anyhow so it's quite safe

Also it's crying out for a de tar and machine polish so I'll be doing in properly in a couple of weeks
