Mines being built week 45, rang the dealer and it's been upgraded in the order by Skoda. Bonus!!

In the October 2015 brochure the Amundsen is now standard equipment.

But it is not "free". The prices have gone up!

Delivered on Friday from simpsons Preston on the back of a truck.

Nothing but good things to say about banco.co.uk, no hassle at all from them and always at the end of the phone to answer any queries.

Car is ace, still not really had a proper play with all the tech yet as we also had a little girl delivered on Wednesday.

So far nothing to report, other than black is going to be fun to keep clean, see how long I can keep it up.

Keep us updated if you do get the amundsen, not been given a build week as yet but ordered 5 weeks ago so should be being built soon. Fingers crossed

Price's still the same are they not? Recommended OTR price still £23830

Spoke to the dealer today and they've advised that it won't be on my car (which is being built this week) because there is actually a price increase to reflect the sat nav upgrade.

I ordered smart link so not to bothered, still would have been nice to get an unexpected freebie

Bummer, good move on the smartlink though, bit of a no brainer saving £600 over the amundsen

Exactly, at a fraction of the cost for close to the same functionality makes sense

Just had an email from skoda UK,the build for my vrs is starting today

Woo! Mine is also being built this week. Then hopefully delivery, which dealer reckons is towards end of month. Not sure how I'll cope with the excitement!

Well I was told when I placed the order(5weeks ago) it would be around the first week in December but hoping it'll be sooner as it's being built this week

Are you in UK Aarond?

I am yes, east midlands, ordered towards end of August. 12-14 weeks appears to be average, but some earlier/later obviously

Ordered my VRS Tuesday and have been told it is scheduled to be built December for early January delivery. There seems to be no UK unregistered stock available at the moment.

 

The price went up £400 while I was ordering as Sat Nav is now standard. It actually saved me money though as it was something I had to have.

It is difficult to be patient isn't it. VRS tdi estate in Meteor Grey. Quite a 'marmite' colour, but I like it. How about you?

Ha! I hope we get a date soonish, as I'd like to book the day off work to drive it lots and press all the buttons. I test drove a hatch and the boot is freaking massive
