On a plus note some minor mods have been ordered most noticeably a vibratechnics dogbone mount as the engine seems to move around a hell of a lot, will help when I start doing some 1/4 miles :)

You too Steve, the old girl still looked great a credit to you, shame about the boost hose problems would to have loved to have seen it on track some more, and remember to let me know about that turbo :)

Will do I'm about to turn into spare parts R Us LOL.

Thanks I just need to learn how to drive around a track now, get more confidence in my and the car's ability to handle it.

First couple of little mods today Vibratechnics dogbone mount, should stop the engine wallowing round, I don't know if there was any difference in engine mount stiffness as they visually look the same, but I used factory 1.4 engine and gearbox mounts as they were in far better condition then Ibiza ones and it seemed far too easy to rock the engine, and a black washer cap :)

Not much going on :) got a couple of 15" steelies to whack on the front with some new tyres, couple of engine bay tart up bits ordered, and done nearly 400 miles this week averaging just under 40mpg but getting high 40's if taking it very easy, I'm impressed

looking good Trevor, i can always appreciate the sleeper look ;)

Sealed the rear door carriers this morning as they had been leaking previously, another job off the list, waiting for tyres to turn up then I can get them on front ready for some 1/4 miles runs on Sunday :)

Ones that were on :)

ahhhh, they'll be staying on, mate; the GT bumper trim goes on top of them as they aren't a full bumper replacement only a trim/ cover. Sorry :(
