Well got some wax on the new steed today, lubed the chain and just an all over clean. Going to try and keep on top of the chain and cleaning the muck off the rear wheel.

Its a full time job eh mate.

Any more thoughts on a Scottoiler?

Yeah fair shout mate. Chains arent bad in summer are they.. just a pain in winter really.

Nevermind.. it'll be worth it :D

Ooh pics mate? Sounds nice :).

I have just tried to upload two photo's and did not get passed the first one as it was too big (1.7MB).

If someone could up load them for me or at least give me a "you stupid idiot" :dull: :wall:   this is how you do it. I would happily email the two pictures to you if you like.

One picture is of my bike and the other one is of my seat.

You could open a photobucket account and upload them to there. you then simply copy the img link and post it. The only caveat is don't also upload stuff to photobucket you don't want others to see  like pics of your youngsters etc as once they have the link to that photo they can view what else you've uploaded too

double post...

Cleaned the toilet ready for a ride out tomorrow. Good job I did as 1 of the 3 bolts holding my rear hugger to it's metal frame had dropped off. Temporary replacement added until I can get a matching one and all 3 treated with thread lock.

I'll PM you now mate

Cheers mate got your message. I will send you the email tomorrow with the photo's as I am on my iPad at the moment.

Thank you for the heads up method and the tip about other people seeing and that is why my phone does phone calls only and I don't do farce book or anything else like that apart from this site and a Triumph motorbike site (Triumph Torque).

No worries, one of the other guys on here pointed the photobucket thing out to me so it's good up to a point but you just need to be aware of posting other stuff like pics of your house/where you live etc.  I'm not on facearse either! have you looked in here as they're a friendly lot  http://thetriumphforum.co.uk

Good spot fella, always have a good look around mine when cleaning it. Prod and poke and wobble things.

Ride out to Rhayader today to Claerwen Dam. No water coming over the top, but it's nearly full so no hosepipe bans in Birmingham this year!

Nice bike and a nice place!

Reminded me of Derwent Reservoir around here.

Looks a great ride out, top pictures.

Finished work early today, blasted down the fosse, into the cotswolds for a play then home. Cracking ride at a half decent pace. Just cannot beat biking. Was buzzing when I got home.
