Yeah, only three plugs of that style are ECU (x2) and the ABS module. :)

  • Few parts to add to the list.. And new 'daily/drive to track day' wheels arrived. And fit :-) Then i've been to collect some of Bens parts he's no longer using on his Fabia.. Fibreglass boot,

  • All fitted, all rattles and clonks gone. This Scale suspension is the shizzle. So well made its defintly worth the money. Damping set to halfway (6 clicks out of 12) Up on the ramps stripping everyt

  • Fitted driveshafts and all bolted up. Wheels on and lowered to the floor. All intercooler pipework installed, just front bumper to chop up to fit.   Started it and it runs!!! WHOOOOOOO

Thought it would be obvious. Just that bit of the loom can sit several ways without air box and battery. Will sort it tomorrow.

Might put the front end on tomorrow. Don't think i need it off for any reason..

With battery box it was even more obvious where the loom goes.

Swapped over rad pack and removed the air con radiator. Got it all bolted up and headlights in..

Looks like im getting somewhere now.

Just need to refit drivers hub and driveshaft then i can get the wheels back on the front.

Need to go and sit in some I think. There's a shop down the M1 somewhere that does a selection.

 

Not sure what I'd do re passenger seat, would look odd standard but I don't often hoon with a passenger (and they can cling on in anycase... they are not driving :P).

Got bored whilst the missus eas watching Corination street live tonight so had an hour in the garage.

Removed the seats and managed to open the boot.

Calipers arrived.. They dont fit.

They will though, i refuse to fit 17".. Out comes the grinder..

Only catches on that bit. So just keep grinding back. Theres about 0.5mm gap now. So ill just keep going till i get 2mm

Will spaces make much difference?

I have 10mm to clear spokes. Its the barrel thats fouling on it.
