I am awaiting delivery of a new (MY16) Octy SEL

How many SD card slots will it have, just one for NAV map info or two with the extra one for SD card music.

If it only has one and with no CD player does it mean you have to in effect disable the NAV function if you want to play music

It has one for satnav, and one for music. so the answer is two.

two slot's. one of them have the card for navigation and one is free.

They are in the Glove Box underneath what looks like the CD Player but in in fact a dummy with the 2 x SD card slots underneath it, as Waqar states 1 is for the Nav SD Card and 1 is for Music etc. 

Indeed 2 x SD slots. SD1 is purposed for the Nav, SD2 intended for music. You can have 2 SDs for music but then the nav wont work.

The Bolero...basically the Amundsen without the SD driven nav capability has a single SD slot for music.

Worry over now. I can still all my music SD cards that I have been using in my Superb (Columbus)

If it's the same as the Leon, and I think it is, the sd slot is amazing at playing music. So quick to scan through every album and no lags what so ever....and that's with a 256gb card and 160gb of music!
