Use the Garmin Fresh application on a PC or Mac. Do a backup, full factory reset and then a restore.

 

I suspect that the EcoTrainer feature may be specific to the Ibiza in which case it might disappear when you connect the PID to your Mii for the first time.

That fixed it ronime !!

 

And the ECOTRAINER is present and working for our car. 

 

Garmins help desk told me there was no way to pair this unit with another car, shows how much they know. 

Glad that you are sorted.

 

After a full reset any PID should work in any car. My Garmin PID was originally used in a SEAT and is now fully Skoda branded.
