Which one was Maverick?

Checked it out, it was Tom Cruise. So was it Mother Goose who took the photo as Maverick was 'driving'?

Sorry a little OT

Looks like a Hawk. I have a feeling there are a group of 9 of them painted red that fly in formation.

I don't want to put the dates on every car, but I have owned every car for at least 2 years, some overlapping with the others as I am not quite 'that' old. I also had some very interesting American cars when I sold em for a living, but I didn't actually own them, including a Pontiac Trans-Am and an F150 pickup

Hillman hunter 1725 (made of several donor cars :D)

Fiat X1/9 1.5

Lancia beta Coupe 2.0 (carburettor version)

Fiat uno 55S 1.1 (mk1)

Fiat Strada 130TC Abarth

Fiat Uno 1.4 Turbo (mkII)

Renault Clio 1.7 16v (mk I Clio)

Subaru Impreza Turbo (original and one of the first 400 in the country :) )

Subaru Impreza Turbo (with the high torque engine and improved suspension)

VW Golf GT TDi 110

SEAT Toledo 1.9 (mk2 130bhp)

Skoda Octavia 2.0 tdi DSG (mkII)

BMW 123D hatchback (mkI)

Fiat Sedici 1.9tdi 4x4

Audi A4 3.0tdi Quattro

I wonder if Bossfox has ever sat down and made a list of how many cars he has owned (and currently own) through the years. I'm sure he could make a long thread about it.

Not round the Mach Loop at 50ft and 500mph they dont - :)

Search youtube "Mach Loop Hawk" for epic in cockpit videos - you'll get the visuals but you'll not be able to relate to the G-forces.

Think the most violent roller coaster ride you've ever done.  Double those g-forces and make it last for an hour - that's what canyon flying a jet is like.   It's so  B) until  happens.

I wonder how long the list would be if he only listed unmodified cars :D

I started to do a list of the cars that I have had, but ran out of ink, and then paper, and then ran out of steam..... somewhere near 200 since I started driving ( about 100 years ago...)
