Anyone tried Truck Oil?

So I am currently running my fabia on Quantum longlife 3 which is 5w30. 

 

I was wondering if I should change up to Truck oil, specially fuchs Titan cargo maxx which is 10w40

 

Car is currently on 86,000 and I drop the oil every 5,000 due to getting oil easily.. I know the Truck oil is built stronger so maybe it would offer better protection.

Change for changes sake and unlikely to meet PD additive spec.

These engines need the approved oil otherwise the top end won't last long at all.

As above, stick with quantum as its approved for these engines

Will do then, I can get quantum for free so I will keep at it.
