I'm looking at one of these from Superskoda. Anybody got one and do the job?

Planning to get one. I like how it will fold across the seats when they're down and protect them from dirt and rubbing. Would be keen to here from anyone who has one too.

I've got one. Just waiting for my Skoda to be delivered next month....

Can't comment on how it fits the car. But it's impressive quality.

I'm waiting for my S3 too. Thanks for the reply.

I have one, haven't used it in anger yet but will be later in may when I take my Brother to the airport with his Golf Clubs!

The fit is pretty good if used on its own however I'm currently using it in conjunction with the rubber boot mat and it still works pretty good.

Thanks Prykey. The mat only covers what you see on the pic?

I'm looking to find a mat that covers all the boot floor and both seat backs.

I have one (the Skoda double sided mat) and am very pleased with it, but pictures don't convey what it is very well!  It's a double sided mat, carpet one side, rubber on the other, twice the size of the boot floor.  Normally, it sits on the boot floor folded in half, carpet side out and the fold to the front of the car.  The upper half is split to match the rear seat split.  In use, you fold the rear seat back (either or both parts) down and unfold the corresponding part(s) of the mat to expose the rubber side and cover the seat back.  At the rear end of the mat, there is an extra carpet flap that folds out to protect the rear bumper.

Phil's picture shows the right hand side and bumper flap opened out with the left side still folded; with both sides opened up, it does cover the entire floor and seat backs.

Hope my clunky description helps.

Spot on D402. Thanks for that.

You would have thought Superskoda would make that clear with another pic showing both seats covered.

I take it you have bought one?

Does it do the job?

Thanks again, Phil

I was just about to try and explain this my self, well done!

When I put mine in I installed it with the seat backs dropped down but the rubber lipped tray on top in the main boot area and then folded the other bits back over it so its basically like the filling in a sandwich, a bit overkill I know having both but I very rarely have the need to fold the back seats down so it works for me.

Thanks Prykey, I need to protect the boot carrying my Labrador and mountain bike.

Just waiting for a Superskoda discount code email to drop then i'll include the boot liner with a load more stuff.

Thanks again, Phil.

I'd assumed that was how it worked, which was why I preferred it to the standard boot liner. Thanks for clarifying, will definitely be ordering this one shortly before delivery of the car.

My pleasure, that's where forums like this are brilliant as someone has always done, tried or purchased what you were looking at or thinking about and can give you their opinion on it :)

Got one and have used it for a few skip runs, it's fab.

Cheers Pete. On my list now.

I got one and fitted it today, great fit and i like the bit that folds out to protect the rear bumper for when my dog jumps in and out. All in all well worth buying as were the rubber floor mats and transmission tunnel mat, Not to mention the Superb thermal mugs, SuperSkoda made a few quid out of me. But less than buying from the local dealer.
