So I'm playing around with lows and I dropped my coilovers as far as they'd go and driving along the gearbox and sump hang low enough to smack stones and little differences in the road

Does anyone know how you can raise the engine in the bay to give me some more ground clearance without raising the actual car itself?

I believe some guys on the Skoda Pickup and Vw mk2 caddy pickup Facebook page were having the same issues, don't believe they ever found a solution other than buying up plenty of new sumps when Eurocarparts had a sale on!

I mean anythings possible with enough time /money, but if you are going to mess around to that extent you might as well do an engine conversion!
