Sorry to bring this whole mudflap debate up again but hopefully it's an easy one. Would someone be able to shed any light as to what size torx I'll need? Seen loads of posts on the fitting but none specify size, and want to check before buying.

T25 I believe but been a while since I took mine off

Original mudflaps? In that case you use the bolts/screws already on the car, so you could check yourself if need be. Three bolts/screws on the back side of the wheel arch.
