No DAB sender logo button on Columbus radio

Featured Replies

My Yeti 2014 has the Columbus 510 radio fitted. Its current software is 6276 and hardware version H23.

It has DAB but I can't get it to display any radio station logos as there isn't a button to update sender logos.

Any idea folks?

Thanks

Philip

Hi Philip, mine is the same. I don't think the RNS 510 has the capability to display logos. The updated Columbus does.

The Skoda portal offers me station logos for my Yeti. Yet my radio seems to want to show the logos same as shown in the picture. Just below the words DAB there is a small rectangle with a cross through it. Watching some YouTube stuff you can see this has a egg timer waiting until the logo appears. Very strange not to display the pictures.

The first generation Columbus (and RNS510) don't support DAB logos.

I realise that it may not help the OP at his location but doesn't this type of radio show the DAB+ logos when on the continent?

Yes it does.
