Hello there.

 

We recently bought a Skoda Octavia mk3 from 2015 with Amundsen navigation system onboard.

When choosing languages we can choose between german, english, swedish etc but not Danish.

Is it possible to install another firmware on the unit so we have the possibility to choose danish as the main language on the unit?

Its possible to check for updated firmwares here, but if Skoda do not have it, its not possible. There is no external development for it because its extremely niche  

What version maps are you running?

 

Are Amundsen RNS310 

Or Amundsen+ RNS315

Or new Amundsen

Danish is not a language you can use I'm afraid.

Seem strange that Danish is not a selectable language. Any reason why ?

Because they don't support Danish in any of the nav units as far as I'm aware.

Hello. Any news about adding a new language to Amundsen MIB1? Still no possibility?
