BW9. Order date 22/01. Base 1.0SE DSG with only extras spare and front sensors.

 

Dealer has just rung. Emailing something to sign. Talking of end of month.

Thank you, my Karoq was BW11 (1.5 TSi DSG Edition).

 

heard from the dealer yesterday that my car is built and awaiting 'sign off' so it can begin its journey to Emden and shipped to sunny 'ol Blighty.  

Ordered Karoq Edition on 28/01/2018. Now at Emden. Looking forward to driving it in the not to distant future.

Mine is now at Emden so should get it in around 2 weeks according to dealer. should be on a ship end of this week and in sheerness early next week for a pick up first/second week of April. 

 

I didn't actually test drive it so it will be good to finally get behind the wheel (with the car moving).

 

 

Spoke to our dealer yesterday.  Still no news unfortunately.  Ordered it on 13th Jan

I know the feeling, I ordered the same day as yourself, my complaints case manager called today to tell me Its still waiting back seats.

It's really a car for my dear lady (but I'm still looking forward to it) and she's getting a bit peeved off with it all.  Back seats the issue for ours as well.  Should hear more tomorrow - any suggestion of anything to smooth your ruffled feathers from Skoda UK?  I did phone them at one point, but the guy wasn't the most polite person I've dealt with and slightly loathe to speak to them again.  Hoping the dealer will be a willing go between should there be any hope of a gift or even a few quid if the situation drags on.

Can I ask if your Karoq is an Edition model? Or an SE L? Just wondering if Skoda are having trouble with the leather seats, or the alacantara? Thinking about it- maybe its both!

Oh no, so rear seat issue still ain't resolved!!! I am due for an update from my case manager tomorrow, I was hoping some good news from your case manager Karman today to be frank.. then i could look forward for some positive update as v r all the same build week!!! Now I already know what am gonna hear tomorrow!!

Sorry to the bearer of bad news! I have since called back to ask why some who seem to have ordered cars with the varioflex seats at a later week and given a later build week than me seem to have their cars completed, but I’m still waiting a reply. And I have also been met with impoliteness with Skoda UK,  but hey it’s my thousands of pounds they want, with a deposit because “We have had customers cancel when it’s being built”. I can’t complain about the dealer they can only see what’s on the screen.

The impoliteness was not today but last Friday, but it’s my money and I’m the customer and I will call them when I like.

I also have ordered mine in quartz grey if that is making any difference.

Now have a reg no, car to be reg'd on Friday. Awaiting handover date. Car ordered 22/01 so just over 2 months. 1.0tsi SE DSG in Black Pearl, spec'd spare wheel and front sensors, otherwise standard. Shouldn't be long now

I ordered mine on 12/01 and havent got a clue when its arriving.

Had a message left on my phone this afternoon to contact Skoda CS but didnt get time to call them.

Sounds like its not good news judging from the comments above 

Chatted with UK customer services online earlier for an update and my BW8 finally arrived at the exit port today, waiting to be assigned to a ship.  Apparently this can take 7 to 14 days!!  It's hard to wait patiently, especially with the Easter half term approaching fast.

You could go on Skoda UK main site and then on live chat to see if anything shows up on the system.
