I tried to just get this to work on my Audi A4 B9 (sorry I know this is a Skoda forum, but this is the most comprehensive Speed Camera list ), but it did not recognise the files. I have "MHI2_ER_AUG22_K2161_MU1421". Is there something different I need to do, a different procedure?

It looks like your unit is a Harman unit so unfortunately these files will not work with your unit.

is there a possibility to see an pc where are the speedcams are or can it be only shown on the navi in the car?

 

I have an audi a3 8v with firmware MHI2_ER_AU37x_P4159. So i couldn't use it? Is there another possibilty?

 Sorry it can't be done on a pc and no I'm afraid they won't work on your unit.

Sorry they will only work on MIB2 units and possibly some MIB2.5 units.
