Well tonight I issued a warrant on the claim against "autocorrect" - From the original £150 con he is now about to get bailiffs around to get £250 out of him!  Am I bothered?  Absolutely not!

Silly **** probably sh!t himself when a couple of bailiffs show up LOL

He had 6 months to repay the money whilst in communication via text mssage, so now I couldn't really care less.

Anyone be careful of anyone called Daniel Senior in Haydock - Linked to "Autograph Valeting" but also believed to work at another valeters on Piele Road in Haydock.   Anyway, all is in the hands of the law now.  Be very chuffed to get my £250 even if its in the form of the poor sod's flatscreen TV....

Waste of time. Asked him to knock me up a couple of stickers over 3 months ago!! Reckoned he'd sent them, didn't receive anything, said he'd send more, still didn't receive anything and now just ignores all my messages.

Very sorry to see this!

I've met him a couple of times now and is a great genuine guy, I dont know why this has happend but such a shame, if I had of seen earlier I could have checked for you and even posted them myself if that was an issue.

If you could ask him what went on mate, I'd be intrigued to know! As getting a reply from him was like getting blood from a stone, then he just completely ignored me. I even gave him the Mrs work address to send them instead incase my postie was being a ****. Would still like the stickers too Tbh, just disheartened by his manner.

I'll see what I can do for you. He lives quite local to me, I've bought and collected things from him a few times now on different occasions.

He asked if I wanted any stickers or vinyls making when I collected my parts, so I know he does quite a few of them, but more as abit of fun since I know he still has a full time job.

Thank you :)

any joy yet mate?

Not sure how long it takes once judgement has been passed. Heard nothing yet.

How do you go about it? via the small claims court?

moneyclaim.gov website,  Been real easy although a bit of a trip in to the unknown.  I have so far spent £100 (£30 claim fee, £70 judgement fee) to recover £150 (which I should get back in its entirety) so time will tell,.

Once I had been awarded the costs I also had to pay IIRC £100 to instruct the bailiffs to collect the money (this the other party then has to repay, for example an initial £300 bill - to refurbish 4 wheels turned into a £1,200 final bill, including my loss of earning when he appealed the decision)

From making the claim it took around 3 months for me to be paid.

Definately a 'saint'. Bought some roof bars from him, he was happy to post and they arrived just as described and well wrapped.

Swaffy, top buyer. Sent deposit to me whilst on holiday, collected when he returned. Perfect.

Does anyone know ACSC? real name Andy Cole?

Bought some Vrs floor mats and boot mat from him last month but never received them even though he said his courier had delivered them to me on a day that I wasn't even in!

He has a signature from the courier which is not mine but they won't give him the name that was put into the Pda before signing..which is weird.

He was really helpful in replying since it all happened and trying to sort this out but not heard anything from him this week despite me sending 3 emails, I have also messaged him on here and seen he has been online since I sent the message so thought he would have seen it?

Hopefully he sees this and gets in touch.....

He is a genuine chap. I've met him before and he scanned my car for me. I believe he works away from home so give him some time as he may reply at the weekend when he goes home.

Generally speaking, if a proof of delivery is obtained, it's been delivered.

Around here that means one of many outcomes:

1.The delivery co is at fault. i.e. driver didn't deliver, but "did" and now has a nice set of mats.

2.It's at a neighbours. < Most common, they too have a nice set of mats.

3.It's been delivered to another street sharing your street, who also have a nice set of mats.

Unless ASCS took a brave move of sending you a empty box, I can't see how this fails...it's got to be somewhere, probably at the bottom of a pile of 'lost' stuff. I've had couriers 'card' due to no one in with video evidence of them carding the wrong house.

Using paypal as a guide, if you have proof of delivery, let alone signature, then they favour the seller, it sounds like you've seen a copy?. Now if no proofs, then the buyer wins.

In this instance, it sounds like ACSC sent the goods to an address, with delivery proof. Now you need to work out where that delivery was made, work with ASCS and the delivery co. The only exception I can see to ASCS being at fault is if it's own courier firm, or he's the courier. On that improbable event, he may of logged on and off quickly. I know some days I can't get to PM's ahead of other matters. HTH

Yes like I said he has been very helpful but just gone quiet all of a sudden so maybe he is working away?

Thanks for the advice I know all of my neighbours and they were the 1st people I checked with (all of them!) and none of them had the parcel they are all quite old so I don't think a used set of floor mats would be something they would want to keep most of them don't even drive!

I found out from acsc that it was sent by my Hermes and the girl that delivers those in my area actually lives just around the corner so I even went round to see her to see if she knew anything about the missing parcel I kind of know her as I have lots of parcels delivered and some come via my Hermes so she was happy to help. But she said I had nothing delivered on that day and even asked the girl who works Saturday's (the day it was ment to be delivered) but still nothing.

It's very strange because I have seen the signature which is not mine that was signed on a day when when I wasn't even in and acsc has asked for the name from my Hermes but they can't provide it?

I don't know what more can be done at the moment, acsc was putting in a claim but like I've said I've not heard from him all week so would just like an update.

Was the courier My Heremes?

If so check in your bin or your neighbours bin in my case.
