Why do Skoda stick little white spots on the front nearside and rear offside alloy wheels on new koraq deliveries.

Don't know. I've never seen them.

Maybe its a factory sticker that should be removed in the PDI.

to show the cars the right way up?

I think its because they have no Red or Yellow ones left.
