Its a dark grey.  Got rid as wanted an estate with us recently getting a dog as u know.  Plus wife wants to start camping.  With the added height in boot with it estate its easier to stack stuff right up when a dog guard is installed. Ill miss the superb for sure, 11 months ive had it!  But 300hp and 4wd im sure ill soon forget lol

Fair one.  Having had a Leon ST FR before moving back to Skoda I can thoroughly account for their practicality; more boot space than an A6 Avant IIRC.  The Leon was the only car I've ever had that didn't have a single fault or warranty claim, it's just a shame the dealers where we used to live were so awful but then again the Skoda ones were no better either!

They are a lot more 'sharper' and nimble than the Superb, no doubt..and yes with 300BHP I'm sure you'll be making the dog sick in no time

SeatCupra.Net is a good owners forum too.  Plenty of advice and experience over there.   Bugger....I not long gave away a boot liner and near enough gave away some Atera roof bars too.

This is the bootliner I had and it was very good.  I've got the same brand in my Superb at the moment.  You can buy one for the lower boot position but I found it bends enough and is adequate for spending a bit of time in the lower position without distorting or splitting:

Yeah roofbox plus more space in boot will help for sure!

Haha thats a shame about boot liner and roof bars id have got them off u in an instant as i will deffo need these!

Thanks for info on boot liner and cupra forum ill deffo check it out once i get the car.

Just waiting on finance to be approved etc and a date to arrange. But it gives me time to get the standard exhaust back on!

At least i wont have this palava with fake exhaust trims on the cupra haha. And quite looking forward to seeing how DCC is like. Will deffo post some pics. Its a 17 reg 8k miles in a dark grey no idea what actual name of colour is. Has a few options like heated seats reverse camera and a few others which is handy as i have these on the superb and its something ill miss if i didnt have it!

I think there's Monsoon and Magnetic grey available.  Monsoon is a mid tone, a little darker than Business grey.  Magnetic is pretty similar to Quartz grey.  Technic grey used to be available but think it was discontinued early on, it had a bronze/brown tint to it.   We had a 5dr hatch for about 5 months before we found it too  impractical, ours was Technic grey.

I just found a great car on Auto Trader.

Download the app to find your perfect car.

Thats the car! Just says grey so no idea haha. Yeah hatch is way too small, i originally looked at one of these or a golf r or the superb 280 but we changed earlier than expected due to circumstances and ended up with the 220 as that was what we could afford

Another thing u may know, i have some 18s with winters on, with it still being an mqb platform car will they fit?  Be handy if they do as it saves selling and finding another set

Both take 57.1 centre bore, 5x112 bolts and R18 should easily clear the callipers on the Cupra.  I think you'll be good with those.

You may need to check the offset but unless it's varies dramatically I'm 99% sure they will be direct fit.

Yeah im sure it should fit i hope lol

Just had the S3 valeted by meticulous.guru. Stunning job, car looks better than the day it was picked up from the showroom.

No pics?

Looking v nice!

I think the rims will fit but the circumference of the wheels will be wrong.. Im currently in a Seat Leon FR estate with a superb estate on order.. was going to keep my winter wheels but ended up trading them in with the car for this reason.

The profile of the tyre is actually bigger. As my current superb sportline is on 19s and my winters are 18s

Side by side they are v v close to the same size. I cant remember the tyre sizes off the top of my head atm lol

My Seat Leons winter tyres are 205 55 R16 My superb will have 215 60 R16 which makes 5% difference in diameter which from what Ive read is too much

Ah right yeah both the superb and the leon cupra are 19s so all being well i hope my existing 18s will fit... Fingers crossed.

Didnt realise superbs came with 16s! Thought 17s was the smallest size!

Youre missing the point, the rims will fit, no doubt (almost) but what matters is how thick the tyre is, you can have 16 inch rims with thick tyre and it can have a larger total diameter than a 18 or 19 inch with thin tyre.

You could keep the rim but get new tyres for them and it would work.

I know what u mean. We will see when i get it and try, it wont be the end of the world! Im sure someone on here will snap em up and ill have to get another set suitable for the st cupra

Just found a pic of the tyre size they are 235/45/18s (winters) and the standard tyres on my sportline are 235/35/19s

So last night i went out with a mate to get some food. Happened to conveniently drive past the dealership where i am getting the car from, so it was rude not to pull over and have a cheeky look.

Noticed it had a panoramic roof which i didnt know it had.  Going tomorrow to offically look at it and test drive etc

Cant wait for the extra power and grip 😈

Looks stunning. I bet you can’t wait!

Thx penguin yeah tomorrow will be fun, ive told the wife its a lot quicker than the superb but i dont think she realises how much haha. Pano roof was a nice suprise.  I stupidly forgot to check to see if it had the a5 camera. As it has ACC not sure if prev owners got it as a standalone option or with the drive pack which includes lane assist traffic sign recognition and high beam assist.  All being well tomorrow we should be collecting next sat!

Today I lent my Superb to the missus because she's got a bad left knee and can't drive her manual Cinquecento.

Pleasantly surprised when it came back in one piece! 😎

Great photo @Baggins 👍
