Issues with my VRS

Featured Replies

The last Approved used I got from Skoda I was given the check sheet.

Got it home and found low coolant level and wet carpets due to a leak behind the dash and a noticed a failed front nearside wheel bearing.

The last new Skoda I bought had the PDi signed correctly. I wasn't happy with the ride driving home. Two tyres were dangerously over inflated exceeding the tyres limit. One tyre was 10psi under inflated.

Take inspections and pdi's with a pinch of salt. But make sure you get the paperwork incase there is any comeback.

Adrian55555,

You mean Service Consumables are approved if a Service is outstanding or due in the next month.

but that might not be Spark Plugs, Fuel filter, pollen filter etc,  Not the Haldex or DSG serviced if at that Service interval, or the brake fluid.

Yes, spark plugs, bfc, fuel pollen would all get done if due as well as dsg service if these were due in next 3-6 months. Thats where i used to work anyway.

Well that means nothing because plenty have reached 3 years old and 30,000 miles and are Approved Used Cars and not had the Brake Fluid changed yet have a MOT. so these are 3 years old or 1 month less, and Haldex not Serviced, and even 40,000 mile cars with the DSG not serviced.

There are even cars not had Outstanding Service Campaign work get supplied.

Obviously The Fix is never missed though.

People should buy cars from where you worked, if it is still as it is when you were there.
