I have had this little beast for about a week and what a week it's been! Being a valeter first thing that needed to be attacked is the interior especially the seats. I gave them a thorough clean today and conditioned them back to how they should be looking. Then i headed home and took a few nice photos along the way! This looks familiar lol. It was detailed by myself but about 4 years ago now. 

 

How are you getting on with it and What are you plans for it?  

 

Stage 1 machine polish as it's very good paint as it is. Maybe ceramic coating if I have the hours free in work if not a coating of Soft99's Fusso.

When I need new tires I will refurbish the wheels I'm going to go Michelin PS4's and refurb the same colour.

I have plans to go to the Nurburgring in the summer so two Corbeau Club Sport seats, KW V1/2 Coilovers and false floor the rear and wrap in standard carpet.

A few nice things I would like to do is UV tint the front windscreen, LED Lights all round, dye the carpet black and just tidy the car up in general.

Plans for the car sound great. Tell me more about the UV windscreen film... like the idea of that

It is just a tint on the windscreen that is sort of like Polaroid and blocks rays from the sun. Pretty much like sunglasses for your windscreen 

UPDATE: I sent the clutch disk off to QuestmeadLTD yesterday to be refaced, very good service hopefully it will turn up tomorrow and ready to be fitted on the weekend.

Which car model is the steering wheel from? Do the controls work on the stereo? Thanks. 

Seat Leon FR and no they don't work. Could be wired up to though.
