With tx rx and gnd to unit block D from quadblok pins 11 and 12   tx rx 

 

Display in car shows startup logo , "hanging"

 

Have you entered into emergency mode, with blue or red screen?

And instead of posting pictures just copy text from PuTTY and paste here. Easier to read

i made a more stable bridge/testpoint connection to board / unit,    i soldered 2 wires with a pushbutton.   So i got into emergeny-mode.   First on my latop it shows that menu treu putty,  Next was bleu update screen on display in car .  Now it's on 0478T    

This nice menu is in 0478T   now         thanks      @pab567

Thank you very much, that worked!

I can't say what's new or corrected ; I feel like I updated my Windows  

 

The only thing I noticed: the picture of my car in the "CAR" menu is now bright white ; I feel it was less bright but I'm not sure at all.

Anybody know if this car colour (and/or model) can be change thanks to VCDS or any other app?

car model - yes, coding of first three bytes. Colour - not possible, at least not with VCDS or any other diagnostics tool.
