Try holding down your Menu/Setup button to get your software train value, and this is also the location to the actual firmware update button.

@manu73 You need to hold down your menu/setup button to get into the engineering menu, you are looking for Software Train value (MHI2_ER_SKG11_K3343 for example)

Can you take a picture of the file structure of the SD Card?

If this fails, then maybe you need to borrow a PC to extract file's.

I tried with sd card and pendrive and it doesn't detect anything, any solution?
