Is the format FAT32. Maybe the SD Card is too lage, try a 8GB one.

Use a windows computer or some of the many 'clean my drive' style apps that exist on macOS..

USB I have never found anyone who has made it work with MIB1 to MIB2.5

Try once more with SD Card, and you should get it to work.

You should press and hold down your menu/setup button for about 10 seconds or less to enter the engineering menu with the Software Train value in.

Also take a picture of the front of the screen with buttons, if you don't have a NAV key, then odds are no you cannot load maps.

Very good, you can update firmware to 0253

 

As for maps, you may need it activated, but you will need to get a Skoda map card as they have an ID embedded that the car has to read, or it will not allow maps to load.  You can pickup these cards on market websites for not too much money.

You should post or translate exactly what you see on the screen when you try to load navigation.

Did you update firmware with map card in the car?

no, i used another sd card and i put it on sd1 where usually the maps sd is. ok I will try to format the sd and since i`m there.. i`ll put the newest maps.  hope will work. what is new in this firmware version? or is just faster? Thanks again

There's no changelog with a firmware, we can only guess as to what they fix.
