Morning, press and hold down your Setup/Menu key for about 10 seconds to get into the engineering menu, this has Software Train, and also the correct firmware update button.

Odds are, you can update to 0369 version.

Remind me what media you are using for the update?  SD Card or USB?

In theory you could use FAT32/exFAT/NTFS format for the firmware update, though I usually recommend the first two.

Have you got a picture of the files on your update media?  If you have a folder called MST2_EU_SK_P0480T then that won't work, only the contents of this folder should be copied to media.

This is the screen you should be in for updating, the other menu you're referring to is the history of updates applied.

 

Might be an idea if possible to send a screenshot of your SD Card contents, in the 'root' you should have a single text file, and then about 30 or so folders.
