Hello,

Is there an update for this version? Also is it possible to update Bluetooth and MirrorLink?

IMG_0550.JPGIMG_0551.JPG

Hey @pab567 ! Looks like you are the lifesaver here. Please could you advise on whether I can use the P0480T and upgrade to enable smartlink, I would love to be able to use Android Auto! I've only just bought the car.

It is the Octavia Mk3 SE L - 2016 plate.

Also, will it be possible with just SD cards and PC, no OBD11 - or will I need the toolkit/OBD changes to enable.

Thank you very much :).

Hi there, just new to the forum.

From all the messages in this thread, I should/could upgrade my Amundsen system ( Octavia 2029) to P0480T (currently running 0475 , Device 5Q0035864C, Hardware H41)

Is the package MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0480T available on mibsolution.one valid and is it safe to use ? Or is it better/safer to ask you to send a link by Perso Message ?

thanks

Hi there,

I have a volkswagen Touran from 2016. Do you have a newer firmware version?

Installed SW train version: MST2_EU_VW_P0223D

Installed SW MU version: 0624

Part number: 3Q0035846

Software version: H25.14.78_STD2Nav_EU

Hi all,

I have a 2017 Skoda Octavia with Amundsen MIB2 (MST2_EU_SK_AU...).

Downloaded the latest ECE 2025/26 maps from Škoda portal (STD2_2510_EU_AS_202525.zip), but after extracting, I only have the "maps" folder and a .md5 file – no meta/, poi/, content.lst or metainfo2.txt.

The car says "Please insert disc with valid navigation data" and won't load.

Can anyone share a working "meta fix" package or full ZIP with the correct structure (meta + poi + content.lst + metainfo2.txt) for Amundsen MIB2?

Thanks a lot! 🚗

You can download here the 369 latest update:

https://mibsolution.one/#/1/9/MST2 - TechniSat Preh/Firmware/SKODA_ZR/EU

480 is also possible but not so easy to do.

Yes I know how to do it it is not straight forward unluckily. You can write me message and I can tell you. But if you want just new modern skin it is build in 369 you just have to switch the skin in developer menu.

All check your e-mails.

@VLADO1106 in AMundsen maps are stored on SD, there are NOT loaded into any internal memory, so just inserting SD with unpacked maps should be enough.

@WesternWalrus @Mriggs yes, it's possible to upgrade ANY MIB STD2 ZR unit, both with and without NAV, running at least 02xx software, to 0480. It's NOT possible to upgrade units with 01xx firmware to 0480 (or any other than 01xx). The key is MIB STD2 TOOLBOX. Units with OEM sat nav (Amundsen) can be done from SD. Units without OEM SAT NAV (Bolero) must be soldered (not possible to make it from SD). In both Amundsen and Bolero it's required to turn developer mode ON with some diagnostics / programming tools like VCDS, OBD Eleven, Vag Can Pro, ODIS, VC Tool.

And one more comment - units 5Q0035819x, 565035819, 565035820 and 5Q0035820x (x - any letter A, B or C) do NOT support SmartLink. Units 5Q0035819 and 5Q0035820 support MIrrorLink only which is obsolete and abandoned.

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for the original firmware for my Skoda Amundsen MST2 unit.

Unit details:

- Hardware: Skoda Amundsen MIB2

- Train: MST2_EU_SK_ER_G11

- Current MU version: 0318

- Part number: 3V0035021B

I am specifically looking for:

MST2_EU_SK_ER_G11_0478

or

MST2_EU_SK_ER_G11_P0478T

(0480 versions are also ok if compatible)

ZR or ZQ trains are NOT compatible with ER_G11, so please only ER versions.

If anyone could share a download link (Mega/Google Drive) via PM/DM,

I would be extremely grateful.

Thank you in advance!

Is it possible to update my firmware. Smartlink is laging and sometimes it is rebooting. @pab567 I saw you are helping everyone. thanks for that 👑

Could i update my 2015 octavia radio?

Would like to activate smartlink to by Sdcard.but as i read its not possible only with SD ,only by soldering?

Hello,

I have Octavia 2015. I would like to upgrade to P0480T.
My device 5Q0035864А (with NAVI, Carplay already activated OEM), Hardware version H24.

Now I have train: MST_EU_SK_ZR_P0245T

I heard that with MIB2 Tools and swdownload path I could upgrade that to P0480T version.

The main purpose I need P0480T – I would like to get Lithuanian language in my multimedia and on speedometer (dashboard).

Maybe someone could help me? @pab567 @Joco776 I read that you offered some help to other guys.

@jarkuu you have unit without eom sat nav so patching cannot be done from SD, only soldering path ☹️

@asterixas yes, you can, teh key is to install MIB STD2 Toolkit.
