Good afternoon,

 

I own a Skoda Fabia 63 plate, and want to upgrade the standard radio to a SONY CDX-G1100U. I purchased an adapter kit from Halfords. However upon carrying out the replacement the new sound system is not turning on. 

 

Halfords sold the cable adapter kit as the only thing I'd need to make the replacement work. 

 

Are there any thoughts from those wiser on what I need to do.

 

I have included pics of the rear of the CDX-G1100U. I can provide more photos if needs be

Have you connected the red & orange wires?
