I have one more question. In upper link, MEGA link, there is two firmwares. 306 and 330 and ther are some other folders named 5WA035284SW141 and 5WA035284OCU143. Both of them inside of them have two folde named Data and Meta.

Do I have to do something with them or no. I just have downloaded firmwares, do I have to download and that 5WA035284SW141 and 5WA035284OCU14 with Data and Meta. If yes, then how to proceed ?

Are these OCU updates the latest updates for amundsen and are they compatible with 330 firmware...or should I not install them ?

Will I see any changese after I update from 304...to...330...Is there any visual changes ? What new firmware improvements ?

The car have more than 30 ECU'S.

One is 5F , infotainment system, " your amundsen" and the last update is 330.

Rear camera and wireless phone connection work better with It.

@DaniC have you been able to update your Kodiaq? I have the same issue, but my software version is 306. Same confguration - Kodiaq FL with Amundsen unit.

I have constant issues with Android Auto. If it is ativated and I need to drive backwards (for example from the parking lot), as soon as rear camera switches off, I cannot access bottom menu of Android Auto screen anymore, and navigation (Waze or Google Maps) gets very slow. To fix navigation issue I'm switching on the air conditioning menu and then switch back to Andorid Auto. Novigation screen starts to be responsive again, but bottom menu is shown but not operating. THe screen does not react on tocuh in that menu area.

 

I'm hoping that the update would solve that issue. Do you face similar issue when using Andorid Auto?

Does someone here in the forum know if I can simply update 308 first, than probably reboot, and update 330 as the next step?

it's right. you cannot update from 306 to 330 (or 324). You must update to 308 and then to 324 or 330.

I had 306 on my Karoq, and I installed 308 and then 330.

After the last update you need to fix 1555 error (not shown on the monitor but only via obd2)

@anthony82 and @AlexB7: yes, you have to do that first. Otherwise you will have troubles in the OCU or you can’t install further relations of the software

As you can read this tread,  308 and 330 

@kernowboi, as vegarz mentioned, you need to install first the version 308, and then 330. You should not update directly to 330 with your current version. All the links to the required files are available in this thread some messages above. If you would get confused with the update instructions, please ask.

 

I have updated my Kodiaq to 308 about a month ago and decided to wait and see if it will get the next update OTA. Unfortunately, nothing comes OTA to my car (neither with my previous 306 software, nor with 308). 

Updating the 0270 ist only possible by the licensed Škoda-garage (dealer). I know nobody who has this release as a file. As far as I know there is a procedure of several double checks between Skoda and the licensed dealers. It make sense up to the step of OTA. Go to your dealer and ask him for support I‘d recommend to you…

That’s fine! Please check in the update menue if all in status are „legal“. Otherwise the OTA to 330 won‘t be possible…

I have MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P30200P 0302. As I understand I need to update to 0306 and than 0324 and than 0330 ? And one more thing. I have read something about some error after update "Checking SVM error" is that a thing or is this safe ?

Please read carefully this tread.

You only need first update to 308 and after this to 330.

SVM error isn't important, you can let It or clear with Car scanner or any other OBD.

Allright so update to MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P30800P_0308, Just wanna ask. Do I need OBD to clear any error after this ? (I do not have any OBD or car scanner) so i want to be prepared.

I have 0324 update since ... February (when came out a lot of problem) but never came out OTA update to 0330... So... I must update with the USB drive ?
