Software Update available for Bolero?

Featured Replies

I have also done the 1800 update for my S23 to work. However, i have lost the TPMS menu completely.

Is there a solution for that? It is a little frustrating...

I just updated to 1800, I have a Skoda Slavia in India with the Bolero system. I can confirm that the issue with S23 Ultra is finally resolved! Attaching images.

Forced reboot done?

Yes, i have done all the usual remedies so far... It's as if it vanished. Also unpluugged the battery of the car for >15mins

Hi All,

After reading this I checked mine and I also do not have the TPMS menu, damn.

Is there a procedure that I missed when doing the upgrade?

Michael

Hi All,

OK so it has not disappeared as such, it just does not show any info. If I check in the Vehicle Info it shows the graphic but no data.
Also when I go to settings and select Tyres it also shows no data.
Some screenshots below, maybe I need to drive the car for a bit according to AI

You have Active System? I think no. Then you have No pressure HMI

Hi Cairus,

What do you mean by Active System and pressure HMI?

My Scala is the Style version.

Michael

Hi All,

OK Now I understand a bit better.

Apparently the Skoda Scala has Indirect TPMS which does not show the actual tyre pressure values for each individual wheel.

This is what I found

It uses an indirect Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), which functions as follows
Warning-Based System: It uses the ABS wheel speed sensors to detect if a tyre's circumference changes due to low pressure.

No Individual Readings: It does not provide specific PSI/BAR data. Instead, it will display a warning light on the dashboard if one or more tyres are under-inflated, and it may identify which wheel is affected (e.g., "Check front left tyre").

Calibration: After adjusting your tyres to the correct pressures, you must "set" or calibrate the TPMS through the infotainment system (Car > Settings > Tyres) to establish the new baseline.

Now I am a bit more confident that my software upgrade was successful.
I have been through all the menus and settings and all seems to be OK

Regards

Michael

MEN3_EU_SK370_P0113P_0469

MEN3_EU_SK370_P2135P_0742

MEN3_EU_SK370_P1185L_1760

MEN3_EU_SK370_P2345L_1790

The only one I would suggest is 0742 to try (it won't load if it's not compatible)

If it doesn't load, then 0469 is your current version and the end of the line.

Hi can you share the MEN3_EU_SK370_P2135P_0742 file me as well?

Hi! I would to know if there is a new update for Mib3 Bolero, i’ve attached the picture with version.

Hello everyone, I have a 2020 Skoda Kamiq. MIB-Helper.com tells me, ‘Latest possible firmware update: MEN3_EU_SK370_P1185L (MU: 1760, details)’. I’ve formatted a USB stick (2GB) to FAT32, copied the Meta and Data files, but the update prompt remains greyed out. What else can I do?

Nope. This is the last version AFAIK.

Sure?

MEN3_EU_SK370_P3355L_1800 is on my Server

Yes, as quoted was a screenshot with the version 1800. There is no newer, no?

Sorry, I misunderstood that.

No worries! I know you are always there to help and I appriciate it very much :-)

I saw This post:

https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/511569-software-update-available-for-bolero/page/29/#findComment-6001650

I found this version:

MEN3_EU_SK38X_P3265L_1805

is not correct?

Some people installed that with success, I have doubts about this software - in my opinion it is for different platform - Skoda Octavia...

Files in both file packages (1800 and 1805) are dated similar.

Depending on your SW number, you will need to update according to the following procedure: https://www.drive2.ru/l/650934799095051499/

Hello there everyone! I can't believe I missed this forum for such a long time! Let me know if there's a more appropriate subforum to say hi because I looked but thread look just informative and without replies..

I found this because I was looking to finally update my Scala 2020 bolero infotainment and looks like I'm in the right place? Mind that I missed all of the previous updates, may I jump directly to the latest one? If so, may I ask for it? Thank you and welcome to me 😁

Edit: I read the guide that richi661 posted, I guess I can give it a try!
