Thanks, Martin. However, I am not replacing the screen (or at least not until i find a used H49 version). I just want to unplug the touch bar to temporarility fix the issue. And I saw some instructions that the infotainment should be on before unplugging it, so that's why I asked, to double check whether the ignition and radio need to be on or off during the unplugging.

Then you can leave everything inplace. All screws van be losing with the cables in place.

Just turn the screen 180 degrees. Then losing the screws and unplug the volume
