I have been having crackling and stuttering issues when using Apple car play in my 2019 Skoda fabia. I have asked Claude what the issue is and it said that software update 8755 would fix it and to ask here, i currently have 8742, if anyone has 8755 or the newest one that would be much appreciated. u sure? wouldn't that revert me back to stock ? because i also had crackling and stuttering issues when using Apple car play so i updated the infotainment using SD card, i don't remember where i got the file since it was long ago and i had no issues since then.... (also sorry for bad writing, english is not my first language)

As I already mentioned in another forum, his 2022 Kodiaq no longer has long-term coding in control unit 09, the BCM. Everything there is set to 0. Additionally, please note that you cannot view the coding in any system using a VIN. Only with ODIS and server access can you perform an SVM comparison.

I have a 2021 Škoda Fabia with the Swing infotainment system.

Part number: 6V0 035 869 H
Hardware: 695
Software: 8742

I’m experiencing the well-known Apple CarPlay crackling/distorted audio issue. The sound starts crackling after a while. I have tested multiple iPhones and they all show the same problem, while Android Auto works perfectly.

My Škoda dealer confirmed there is no newer official software available for my VIN, but I have read that several people solved this issue by updating to MU 8755 (MEN2_EU_SKGPx_P0080L_8755).

Would anyone be willing to share the firmware or point me to a working download?
