I have 4 new tyres coming. Still not sure whether to fit before or after. Feel more confident going on scrubbed tyres than virgin ones.

No money yet - Did get my mate insured on the mongrel though, no charge. Have AA cover sorted too. This weekend I'll simply put my back seats in and that will be that apart from some other rudimentary checks. This weekend will be spent on the felicia.

Jason, if your tyres are as worn as you suggested in another thread I'd have thought you would be better off with new tyres.
