In czech you have to legally have lights on 24/7 in Czech. But during the day I guess it won't matter too much. Last trip I used a couple of squares of duck tape to mimick the areas masked off. This year I'll have the proper covers.

In this case I will have them on in Czech but still not changed and no tape!

I'm planning on bringing a roll of duck tape all being well. Will happily donate squares to those wanting some.

I'll be fitting my converters at Dover whilst queuing for the ferry. I'll likely swap to my special continental plates at the same time

OK guys and gals, this is the place that Petr has booked for us on the Friday night Los V Oslu

We are also making arrangements to go to another place on the Saturday night which all are welcome (another PM is on it's way to you all) which is a great drinking/restaurant location close to Wencelas Square. This should be a GREAT evening ..... U Pinkasu

Both places look great but Petr assures me that U Pinkasu is not to be missed

The menu of in the first place looks really appetising. At leasts it's not 'top international cuisine' like what you see on any high street in the uk.

What about Wednesday and Thursday night :P is it a sandwich in our hotel rooms

Weds & Thurs are fend for ourselves days I imagine. Thursday is kind of a "do what you want" day with the offer of the brewery tour, which I plan to do. Also need some good grub on the sunday night to see us right for the journey home the next morning.

Knowing where you're coming from - Don't drink the guinness over there. It's not especiallt the best, and is damned expensive. Try out the local brews. They're pretty nice.

Food also is very nice and plenty of it for the price you pay, so put off the diet till you get back.

I know about the food , that is why I try to lose what I have eat last month in Europe (east european food + beer)

It is hard to stay away from them !
