Must confess I don't use it as much as i should, but I don't burn very easily. If I do catch the sun it just turns to tan, and rarely peels off. I've just got great skin I suppose. Take care in the sun guys and gals.

Yeah I don't use it much at all and do suffer for it, but thinking will use it when I'm away.

Have been putting double base on it. You can put it on before a shower too to stop the water drying your skin out.

Even if you don't burn, having a tan indicates skin damage. We can't win really lol

got our loan tent today after being shown how to put it up. just hoping we be able to get fuel up that way and that the fuel problem doesnt go on till the weekend of this camp.

anyone fancy doing a list of what we will be doing?

also this is what we have so far to bring with us:

tent, duvets, inflatable matress, camping kettle, car kettle, bottle for water, camping stove, light, torch, bog roll.

have i missed anything?

I am bound to forget something. I always do. This year I will remember a coat, a towel and shampoo, so that I don't have to go shopping at Tesco again haha! Not sure what to do about BBQ, only have instant ones, how many will I need? :confused:

no fuel problems up here (dunno about the penrith shell, as I haven't been out there for a while) but both esso stations in Keswick are fine, pleantly of stocks, no ques... it always high demand up here ) although my car is noticably slower on standard esso compaired to shell v-max!
